Trails Committee Meeting 15 May 2025
May 15 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
A reminder about chainsaw safety:
Bolton is unusual in that it allows some volunteers from the Trails Committee to use chainsaws on Town property. We have that privilege because those of us that have taken the safety class are trusted. At this time, these individuals are the only volunteers that are allowed to do this work and they undertake to follow safely guidelines and wear protective gear.
Many members of the Team have been busy with the Color Coding project because of time constraints, so some items have languished.
Draft agenda:
1. Trust meeting.
2. Backyard Bolton.
3. Trust Acquisitions .Anything new?
4. Rattlesnake Bog Bridge
5. Wilder
- Bridge Repair Repair with the same materials within the same footprint will not require an NOI. A replacement with different materials and/or footprint shall require a Notice of Intent.

- There has been a report of some new wood left at one of the sites (covered in snow on a previous clean up)
