New Connection to Rattlesnake and Philips Trails
December 1, 2022

The Bolton Conservation Trust has worked with a landowner on Coventry Wood Road to set up a new path into the Rattlesnake property called the Merrill Connector. There is a bench where walkers can take a rest and a poem on a rock at the roadside written by the landowner’s mother. From Coventry Wood Rd., the route provides entry and exit to and from the Rattlesnake trails plus a route to Old Sugar Road and the Philips Land that does not involve walking along Sugar Road.
The updated trail map can be found here

This is wonderful. Many thanks to the landowner!
